1. Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel our services, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The full amount will be charged to the credit card on file for cancellations within one week of the scheduled pick-up or in the case of a no-show.
2. All deposits are NON refundable.
3. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
• A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn.
• Sanitation, smoke, and vomit fee is $250.00.
• Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
• The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the service without issuing a refund if the clients engage in clear misconduct.
• It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
• Smoking is prohibited in some of our limousines at the chauffeur’s discretion.
4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
5. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations during winter due to unsafe road conditions, such as unsalted roads or accidents.
6. We are not liable for items left in the limousine.
7. Payments must be made to the chauffeur on the date of service before the journey begins.
8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
9. We cannot guarantee the color of the limousines.
